Juno Technologies Wins Pitch4Good!
Pitch4Good: Nanette Sene, CEO and co-founder of Juno Technologies, a startup developing a compact, discreet and portable device that eliminates menstrual pain instantly and over long periods of time, won the $5,000 grant offered by National Bank at the 2nd edition of the Pitch4Good impact solution competition.
A bigger second edition
On February 7th, we held the 2nd edition of Pitch4Good, a pitch competition for impactful solutions organized in collaboration with the Esplanade and presented by National Bank. It was the first edition of 2023, and wow! What a great way to start the year!
Already, we can see the interest for the competition growing. We received more than double the number of applications than for the first edition (40 instead of 18). The audience was also present! The finalists pitched not only in front of five expert judges, but also in front of a diverse audience of over 60 people.
A winning process
The formula did not change for this second edition. The five finalists, selected from among the applications received by a selection committee from L’Esplanade, had two minutes to present their project, without any visual support.
The judges then deliberated based on the competition’s evaluation criteria, which are: problematic, viability, pitch and innovation.
Our partner, the National Bank, then awarded a $5,000 grant to help the winner get his or her project started.
A group of relevant contributors

- Simon Racicot-Daignault – General Manager of Enim
The MC of this second edition was the dynamic Mariam Coulibaly, founder of Startop and finalist of the first edition of Pitch4Good.

SAIRAE is a decision support platform for people with chronic pain and the health professionals in private clinics who treat them.
Mohana is a health science company whose mission is to give women the knowledge, testing and tools to proactively improve their hormonal health issues.
Congratulations to Juno Technologies!
With so many innovative and inspiring projects, the jury’s decision was very difficult! In the end, they chose Juno Technologies and the pitch of co-founder Nanette Sene. Congratulations! Nanette was awarded a $5,000 grant from the National Bank.
Congratulations also to the other four finalists who pitched very well. Honestly, they all could have won the prize.
A big thank you to our judges for their involvement in the process. Their listening, questions and feedback are a real motivation for the finalists.
