WORKSHOP - Embrace the Product Mindset to create successful software products

Creating a successful digital product comes with its own set of challenges.

Prioritizing features, understanding users, aligning teams… These steps are major points to define a strong and successful strategy to build software products.

This workshop, in-person at Notman House, will give you the keys to leveraging Product Management practices in order to build the right product for the right users. You can even apply these techniques the next day!

About the speakers

Albin is a co-founder of Linky Product and a Product Leader, with an extended background in Software Development. He successfully led three software Products. He worked for big companies, like Capgemini or Ubisoft, as well as startups like Koolicar or Lightspeed. His main focus is on defining the right business objectives and understanding the users, in order to ensure that the technology can serve the users and the business.

Valentine is a co-founder of Linky Product and Product Leader, with a deep and strong background in UX Design. Always having the human first in mind when making a decision, she is a very talented Product Manager and a natural leader. Valentine worked in a very diverse set of international companies: Capgemini, Orange Business Services, BDC, Ubisoft… She knows how to tackle Products challenges in large companies with huge customer bases. Her main focus is on understanding the users and creating the smoothest user experience possible, in order to ensure that the product can serve the users and the business.
